That's great, but we can surely provide you more than that. Our mission is to help your succulents, cacti, and craft projects THRIVE. So whether you need tips and tricks on getting your plants to look healthier or you are stuck on a project and need advice on how to make the craft shine.
We are here to help you with ANYTHING that we can, every single week M-F 8:30AM - 4:30PM PST.
On certain occasions we may close for a holiday but rest assured you can always expect a response as soon as possible, no matter the request.
We want to ensure you that if your plants come in anything less than 100% condition. We will make it right! Whether it is providing immediate help with acclimating your plants to their new home or if the issue is more severe we are always able to refund, replace, or provide a generous store credit. Whatever makes YOU happy!

See, shipping plants across the country is no simple journey. Think about it... Even when we humans fly across the country we feel jet-lagged and often suffer minor health symptoms as a result of traveling.
This is what happens a plant is shipped. They leave their home environment and go through a stressful experience when traveling. They need to recover from their travels just as a human would.
