Blushing Beauty Plant Description

Aeonium 'Blushing Beauty' is a garden stunner with its dark red colored leaves and bright green center. This succulent forms offset plants from the stem forming multiple branches forming a small shrub. Aeoniums go through a dormant period during the summer season, but if you plant or place this succulent in dappled or part shade, it will keep growing all year round. If this succulent is planted or placed in full sun, their leaves will curl into their centers and stop growing for the season. Once the Fall arrives the leaves stretch out and will start to grow again. Aeoniums are versatile plants that offer stunning colors and contrast that will liven up any arrangement or craft project for your garden. If this succulent is kept in part shade it will remain green, but if provided full sun it will turn dark red as if it were 'blushing'. It is also important to know that Aeonium varieties are monocarpic. Meaning that once the plant blooms it will die, but will off set baby plant that will live on.
