Blue Elf Aloe Plant Description Our favorite aloe at Succy Crafts is the Blue Elf Aloe, otherwise known as the "California Aloe." It's a popular tight-clumping succulent that forms rosettes of upright grey-blue leaves with teeth along the margins. It can grow up to 18" tall and spreads up to 2 feet wide! The leaves turn pinkish-red when stressed. Its flowers are tubular, orange and appear on showy spikes, usually from early winter to early spring. A must have and easy to grow plant for any garden enthusiast.
