"Chin Cactus" is a unique looking cactus with pronounced broad ribs and small bumps that look like tiny chins. The bumps grow short brown spines that look like spiders. This cactus will bloom purple, red, pink, white and orange flowers showing early Summer. Best to water regularly while it is growing in the Summer months sometimes once a week if planted in a small pot. Watering in the winter is unwise, possibly watering lightly only once a month.

🌎: Argentina

Hardiness: tender soft succulent - will not tolerate frost❄️

Zone: 8b-11b

Recommended light conditions: full sun ☀️

Bloomtime 💐: Summer

Bloom Color 🎨: white, orange, red, purple, pink

⭐Suitable to grow Indoors and Outdoors

Watering Needs Indoors: Instead of giving your succulents gradual sips of water throughout the week, give them a good soaking, to the point where water runs out the drainage holes at the bottom of the pot. Be sure to empty the water that runs into the saucer, succulents do not like to sit in water. Then let the soil dry out completely before watering again.

Watering needs Outdoors: In the Summer water your succulents every two weeks, by soaking them and letting them dry before watering again. In the Winter water your succulents once a month.

Chin Cactus

I thought plant sent would resemble the one shown on the site. The one I received was quite a bit smaller and much less developed. It did arrive in very good shape, though.
