Perfect timing

I was scrambling to get plants for my daughters bridal shower. I got violets and they were dying no matter what i did. I had gotten succulents for a baby shower and remembered how nice they were. They arrived in time and were perfect . Saved the shower......people picked the succulents over the violets that survived. Lesson learned. Great experience...highly recommend

Shipping Information

Never ordered plants online before? We know it can be a little daunting at first... Here's some common questions that we get regarding our shipping and handling of succulents.

How Are Your Plants Shipped?

 We have shipped over 1 million succulents since starting Succy Crafts and we have learned A LOT over the years.

  • We typically ship on a Monday, Tuesday, and Friday schedule. This has proved to be the most efficient when it comes to getting your order to you quickly without encountering mail delays.
  • We mainly use USPS for express service and UPS for larger shipments.
  • We pack every order with care. Sometimes accidents are unavoidable but we have a lot of experience dealing with packing a variety of plants.

What Happens If My Plant Arrives Damaged?

Accidents are going to happen but we are here to help!

  • Once you receive your order please open it carefully. Upon opening if you see any damage at all please take a photo immediately after opening.
  • All damage claims must be sent to us within 48 hours of tracking showing your package was delivered.
  • Once we receive your photos we will file a claim same day and work with you on either a replacement or a refund.
  • The best way to file a claim is via email. Simply email the photos along with your order number to and our support team will be happy to help you.

Can I Ask for a Later Delivery Date?

Absolutely! Just add a note.

  • Whether you need your order for a special event or you are out on vacation. We can schedule your order to ship on a later date.
  • All you need to do is add an order note (in the cart before checkout) with the date you need the package by.
  • We cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date. However, we can plan to get it to you by a certain date.

Let's be transparent here... Most of the time a plant arrives looking a little sad, it is not necessarily a quality issue, but rather the current health of the plant. That's why we are here to help you.

Most plants will acclimate to their new environment within 48-72 hours.
